When you book our Full Access Rental Package, you will have full access to our stock of decorations and rentals for one flat rate!
-We give you unlimited contact to discuss any options or thoughts for your day! We allow rentals to be picked up at most three (3) days prior to your wedding date, and returned no later than three (3) days after your wedding or event. Our fee covers access to our entire stock of decorations and event rentals, including but not limited to: centerpieces, table runners & numbers, toasting glasses, cake cutting knife and server sets, easels, ceremony and reception signage, cake/dessert stands, cake toppers, candles, card box, mason jars, vases, honeymoon/date night fund boxes, well wishes/advice card & boxes, flower girl and ring bearer items, petals, artificial flowers/greenery, and so much more! -We have multiple options that can be personalized -We do not include any food items. You or a caterer will need to provide those, but we will provide the setup items for those designs (donut wall, candy dishes for candy bar, and signage, etc.)

Total Decorations Package
When you book our Total Decorations Package, you will have full access to our stock of decorations and if what you are looking for is not in our stock, we will find it for you! You give us your theme and colors and let us know your visions, and we do all of the searching, purchasing, setup, and clean up for you! -We give you unlimited contact to discuss any options or thoughts for your day! We will also attend your rehearsal and/or a tour of the venue, to ensure we have the ceremony and reception decorated just how you imagined! If your venue allows, or you are booking your venue for the night before to decorate, we will go ahead and get it decorated then! One fee covers all of your reception decorations, including but not limited to: centerpieces, table runners & numbers, toasting glasses, cake cutting knife and server sets, easels, ceremony and reception signage, cake/dessert stands, cake toppers, candles, card box, honeymoon/date night fund boxes, well wishes/advice card & boxes, mason jars, vases, flower girl and ring bearer items, petals, artificial flowers/greenery, and so much more! -We have multiple options that can be personalized- if we do not have what you are looking for in stock, we will get it for you! -What we do not include are any food items (with the exception of a candy bar). You or a caterer will need to provide those, but we will provide the setup for those (donut wall, candy dishes and signage, etc.) -You will also need to provide any photos or personalized gifts/decorations that you would like to use for decoration, just let us know frame sizes at least one month prior to your wedding to ensure we have frames! If you have canvas prints, we have easels that we provide, just let us know what size the prints are!

Day-of Coordinating $800
REHEARSAL • Organize the rehearsal and timing of activities. • Explain the different duties of the wedding party – escorts/users • Arrange attendants and participants.
WEDDING DAY • Coordinate and communicate vendors to make sure they are on time and setup is complete. • Assist in creating and executing Wedding Day timeline. • Assembly and setup of chair covers, table décor and favors. • Manage delivery, setup and pick up of rental equipment. • Communicating announcements and transitions with DJ/Emcee.
CEREMONY • Set out programs, if applicable. • Communicate with ceremony officiant. • Prior to ceremony, line up wedding party to be escorted. • Cue DJ/Emcee/musicians. • Cue wedding party for walk down aisle.
SOCIAL • Have marriage license ready to sign with witnesses and officiant. • Coordinate with photographer and participants for photos. • Cue bride and groom introduction announcement. • Assist with placing favors, menus, candles, and décor at tables. • Coordinate all ceremonial events and activities.
RECEPTION • Act as a liaison between bride/groom and all vendors. • Coordinate reception timeline with all vendors and catering. • Arrange for gift and décor transportation at end of evening.
Partial Planning Package
Partial Planning $1,050
Client has selected venue and most vendors (will assist with additional needed vendors) Will meet with client up to 3 times if needed. • Assist with hotel room blocks and reservations • Assist with booking transportation needs • Unlimited communication via email, phone, text, Zoom, etc. • Preparation of a wedding schedule/timeline and checklists • Email Reminders: Each month send out a reminder of what needs to be done in the weeks ahead (Can assist with any items that still need to be completed) • Final meetings/walk through: Will accompany final vendor meetings/walk through and help make sure everything is in order (Optional, but will assist if needed)

Premium Planning Package $1,500
This will be from Start to Finish! Help find, negotiate, and book suitable vendors. We will schedule appointments and accompany clients to up to 3 meetings per vendor category: • Caterer • Florist • Bakery • Entertainment • Venue • Photographer • Videographer • Transportation • Decorations • Wedding Attire • Officiant • Hotel Recommendations • Lighting • Hair + Makeup Artist
• Coordination with vendors to ensure services/products for the wedding are provided in a timely manner • Ongoing updates and consultation with the couple about vendors’ services/products • Unlimited email availability and scheduled phone meetings • 6 face-to-face planning meetings between the couple and wedding planner outside of vendor meetings • Help preparing and understanding the wedding budget • Preparation of a wedding schedule/timeline and checklists • Assistance with site tours, selection and booking of wedding ceremony and reception venues • Assistance with site design (selecting a color scheme, theme, and style of the wedding) • Acting as the point person for all vendors • Design for ceremony and reception • Wedding etiquette advice
